I created this platform in partnership with Daily Parks & Recreation Show (DPRS) Media and LeaderGov to provide practical leadership insight and resources for leaders to grow as a person and develop their teams.

I believe every human has a secret sauce. Our job as a leader is to help our team members find their sauce and share it with the world.

I also want to ensure that local governments are a place where all types of people can flourish. No matter your personality type, DISC, etc. I believe local government is an amazing opportunity to make the world a better place and impact the lives of our neighbors in big and small ways. However the culture in many local governments rewards stagnant actors the resist change and innovation.
